Get the commercial and technical questions answered early.
Programme owners, procurement teams and systems integrators should align licence scope, deployment responsibility and integration work before committing to a delivery route.
Scope the engagement
State the product, operational task, expected users, intended environment and procurement timing. Discuss direct product licensing and project delivery as separate commercial matters. Confirm what is supplied, installed, configured and supported under the proposed agreement.
Define integration work packages
Identify supplier and subcontractor responsibilities, interface ownership, acceptance evidence and dependencies on customer systems. Ask how version changes, restricted-network installation and defects will be handled. Partnership discussions do not establish reseller status or platform endorsement.
Request assurance through approved channels
Provide a high-level account of information handling and the technical authority’s evidence requirements. Agree an appropriate channel for detailed assurance material. No published framework membership, price, support hours or service-level commitment is assumed.
Procurement enquiry checklist
Include organisation, buyer role, product interest, licence or delivery requirement, operating country, deployment boundary, integration dependencies and expected timing. AIC Professional Services UK Ltd is the parent entity named in the supplied contract; final corporate and contractual details require commercial verification.
