Prepare a useful briefing request
Send a high-level outline using the direct-email route above. Name the relevant product and the evidence that would make an evaluation useful. We will scope the discussion around the requirement, dependencies and operating boundary.
Describe the boundary, not sensitive details
Explain source families, infrastructure and connectivity at a high level. Do not include classified, sensitive operational or personal case data. Do not attach datasets. AIC can agree a suitable channel for detailed technical discussion.
What the conversation will cover
Establish the operational task, relevant product, approved inputs and constraints. Agree which questions an evaluation must answer and what output evidence would support the purchase decision. Trial availability and commercial terms are agreed individually.
